Dr Amr graduated from Alexandria University in 2006. He then flew to the United states where he passed the American dental board examinations, later he returned to Cairo and completed his residency program in Orthodontics in Cairo University. Following this he travelled to the UK in 2012 and passed the Royal College examinations in Orthodontics, and was elected as Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons which is considered the highest specialty degree in the UK.
In 2013 he was elected as a fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists.
